Guess Who’s Coming for Fellowship

is an opportunity for the Church family to gather together in a casual setting in our homes.
To seek opportunities to foster relationships and strengthen bonds within the family of God.
To reacquaint with old friends and create new friendships.
To encourage multi-generations to meet and share an evening of conversation and fellowship.
Who can attend?
Anyone that attends the Edmonton Church of God and completes the attached form is welcome!
How does it work?
Be a host: as a host you will be contacted on how many guests to expect. Please supply drinks such as coffee, tea, and something cold.
Be a guest: as a guest you will be contacted with the host family’s address to be a surprise guest at their home. Please bring along some sort of snack. The emphasis of the evening is on fellowship and conversation, not food. A plate of vegetables or fruit, a plate of cheese and crackers, some store-bought or homemade baking – any one of these would be fine.
Groups will be randomly assigned depending on the host family’s capacity.
Will there be a meal?
Since this is an evening of fellowship no meal will be provided – light snacks and beverages. In the interest of keeping things simple and unintimidating, this evening is not intended to be a meal.
I have allergies
To keep the evening simple, please bring food that you can enjoy and share. This event will be NUT FREE.
I would like to participate, but don’t have transportation.
There is an option for guests to check off on the form their willingness to provide transportation for those who require transport. These guests will be brought together. Please indicate on the form your need for a ride.
This sounds like fun, what now?
Complete the registration form no later than March 12 after the morning Church service. The Fellowship Ministry team will work to put Hosts and Guests into groups. On Friday, March 17 you will be notified where you are going or how many guests you are hosting.
